Retention & Intervention Evaluation
Evaluate Management Practices Without Overstating the Evidence
Document the intervention, measure outcomes, and examine alternative explanations. Distinguish survey responses, observed outcomes and causal interpretations.
Editorial guidance · Original publication record: month and year. Individual authorship is not recorded.
Define the practice you want to change
Specify the coaching, feedback, or management process being evaluated. Document eligibility, timing, and implementation rather than treating every management change as the same intervention.
Separate reported experience from observed outcomes
Survey responses, departures, and operational measurements answer different questions. Explain how each was collected and what may be missing. Do not infer an employee's neurological or health condition from a workplace signal.
An observational difference cannot by itself show that a management practice caused the outcome. PsychFlo has not independently validated a neurological prediction or a guaranteed management effect.
