PsychFlo is a workforce intelligence platform for HR and organisational risk management. It is not a clinical service. This page sets out the scope and limits of the platform, and what users and employers must understand before acting on any output.
IMPORTANT: THIS IS NOT A CLINICAL TOOL
PsychFlo does not diagnose, treat, or provide clinical assessment of any individual’s mental health.
No output from PsychFlo — including Workforce Risk Scores, AI-generated summaries, or alert notifications — constitutes a clinical diagnosis, psychological assessment, or medical opinion. PsychFlo is a decision-support tool for HR professionals and managers. It does not replace occupational health services, psychological assessment, Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs), or any form of clinical care.
