PsychFlo / Product + guided service

A workforce decision.
A measurable next step.

For growing companies with 100–5,000 people: choose a focused pilot, agree what success means, and review the evidence before committing more budget.

Explore the tools now. Guided services require an agreed scope, delivery schedule, and price. A consultation request does not start a paid engagement.
Start with the problem

Three focused ways to act.

Each pilot connects a business question to a product workflow and a reviewable result.

01

Capacity Recovery Pilot

The team is overloaded, but another hire is hard to justify.

Choose one source of avoidable work, estimate the capacity opportunity, and review the result without collecting individual activity records.

Proposed scope
  • Team-level baseline and explicit assumptions
  • One workload change with an accountable role
  • Before-and-after review with a delivery-quality check
What we review

Net team hours recovered after setup time; capacity value shown separately from cash savings.

02

Retention Evidence Pilot

You are spending on retention without knowing which actions help.

Define an intervention, its eligible group, and an evaluation plan before rollout. Use the existing Retention Intervention Lab to record costs and outcomes.

Proposed scope
  • A defined intervention and comparison approach
  • Owner, budget, eligibility, and review criteria
  • Observed outcomes with uncertainty and attribution limits
What we review

Observed departure rates over a suitable follow-up period; a short pilot does not prove prevented resignations.

03

AI Value & Workload Audit

AI usage is growing. The real return is still unclear.

Bring review time, corrections, implementation, and recurring costs into one evaluation. Decide which use cases merit a larger trial.

Proposed scope
  • Use-case baseline and full-cost inventory
  • Review and correction time included in the model
  • An evidence brief for a continue, change, or stop decision
What we review

Estimated net value after full costs and quality adjustment; verify realized savings separately.

A proposed delivery approach

Agree the evidence before the work.

01

Scope

Choose one team, one business question, an accountable role, and a budget. Agree the data you can use and the limits of the analysis.

02

Baseline

Document the source, period, measurement definitions, and quality checks. Record assumptions and agree the decision criteria.

03

Pilot

Run a bounded change with manager approval. Monitor delivery quality alongside time or cost. Keep a comparison where practical.

04

Review

Compare observed outcomes with the baseline. Separate estimates from observations and decide whether to continue, adapt, or stop.

A four-week capacity pilot is a starting proposal. Retention outcomes can require a longer follow-up. Timing depends on data availability and the scope agreed with your team.

Evidence you can inspect

A useful answer includes its limits.

Show the full cost

Include setup time and spend. Show a negative result when the assumptions produce one. Recovered hours are not automatically cash savings.

Keep people in control

The capacity planner uses team aggregates and runs locally. It does not read messages, rank individual employees, or change calendars.

Review what happened

Label the evidence, check delivery quality, and account for other explanations. A before-and-after result alone does not establish causation.

Before you start

Do we need a new HR system?

The capacity planner needs only team-level inputs. Existing retention and AI ROI workflows can be explored separately. Confirm data access and any integration requirements when scoping a guided engagement.

Is this included in a platform subscription?

Guided service scope and pricing are agreed separately unless your written agreement includes them. Existing platform subscription prices remain as listed on the pricing page.

Can you guarantee savings or fewer resignations?

No. Estimates depend on your inputs, and observed outcomes depend on implementation and context. The pilot is designed to inform a decision, including a decision to stop.

What do we leave with?

For a guided engagement, agree the deliverables before work starts. The capacity tool already lets you export a JSON pilot brief containing the inputs, assumptions, accountable role, review date, and any follow-up comparison you enter.

One team is enough to start

Bring the decision you need to make.

We’ll discuss which pilot fits and what evidence would make it useful.
