What data does PsychFlo use?
The diagnostic collects your risk inputs. The full platform can connect to BambooHR, HiBob, Personio, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Jira, and Asana for richer signal data. Individual-level scores are visible to Executives and HR Admins; Manager views show team-level risk only — see our Security and GDPR pages for the access-control specifics.
Who sees the scores?

What does the AI Advisor actually do?

How does the attrition prediction work?
